However if due to certain reasons the customers want to return the product, they can refer to the guidelines mentioned below:
What is Couture Mahal return and exchange policy?
The returns and exchange can be executed in either of cases, if:
- The product is physically damaged in transit.
- The product is manufactured defective.
- The wrong product is delivered unintentionally.
If the fault is from our end, we will return or exchange the product. However, you are required to inform us immediately after receiving the products with required digital pictures to show the details of malfunctioning.
Customer is required to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site for confirmation before returning any product. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
By what time period can I place an order for return?
If the customer is placing the return order due to either of above mentioned cases, then they should inform us within 24 hours of receiving the products with required digital pictures to show the details of malfunctioning.
In case the product is unstitched, the user can place return order within 7 days. Customer is required to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site for confirmation before returning any product. You will be required to send the item back to us in its original condition and pack. We will give 75% refund and may detect 25% as payment processing & other misc. charges.
How do I place an exchange request on Couture Mahal?
Once the user is sure that they want to return or exchange the product, they need to contact our customer service representatives within 24 hours after getting the product. The user should preserve the item properly along with the packing materials. Further instruction regarding the returns will be provided on a case to case basis by our representatives.
The company takes no responsibility of the goods returned without proper intimation or communication. The user should return the goods in original condition with the original copy of invoice to the company. The company takes no responsibility of goods lost during the transit when the process is executed from user’s end. Therefore it is advised that the user should send the goods only through registered courier agents and keep a copy of the way bill for their record. For any further queries, complain or dissatisfaction regarding the returns you can contact our representatives.
We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. Couture Mahal will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back to us. Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
The refund process usually takes 7 to 10 working days. The refund can be processed in either of the two ways:
· Sent to the user account as credit which can be used to purchase any other product on the website.
· It could be refunded back to the customer’s account.
Does Couture Mahal pick up the product I want to return from my location?
