All the payment made to Couture Mahal are directed to our payment gateway after the checkout screen and therefore none of the payment details are produced to us. The payment gateway is a third party service provider that uses secure encryption technology to protect the transaction. The rules regarding transaction with third party is already mentioned in our privacy policy. We do not share any user information with the third part service providers except in some functional aspects. The payment gateways have taken the best security measures and monitor each transaction very carefully to ensure that the customer data is secure and prevented from any unauthorized use or disclosure..

To make the user information safe and secure, we never ask them to share either their account detail or any type of payment details like Credit card number, debit card number, bank account details or net banking essentials. We also advise our clients not to share the same with anyone else on any platform.

If an order gets cancelled from our end due to insufficient information provided by the users, we try to notify the customer within a time span of 72 hours after the booking. Once contacted the onus to refurnish the correct information lies with the customer. If the customer wants to replace the order, they should contact us within 48 hours.

If the customer chooses to pay through cheques, demand drafts or money order, they need to contact to our customer care executive and inform us. Our executive will be happy to assist you.

 

If the customer faces any problem in transacting with us, they can call our customer care executives who will guide the query to the concerned person or department who in turn can address the query properly.
